I love chubby babies! And this little guy was not so little when he arrived: 11 pounds! He is their fourth addition, and his three siblings couldn’t be happier to have him here. Congratulations!

ohh these are so sweet Katie… Thank you for taking these adorable photos of my nephew…he definitely is squishy… can’t wait to do the birth announcements
Greg and I were very privileged to be asked to photograph my very good friend Rachel‘s sister’s wedding in Lake Tahoe. Rachel and I went to interior design school together, and she, too, has branched off and started her own wedding and event planning business, Klink! which has really taken off this summer. She was so organized that I really didn’t bother to worry about much for this wedding other than making sure Greg and I had a place to lay our heads when we got there : ) Rachel planned and designed this wedding to perfection! Kraig and Heather’s ceremony and reception took place at The Lodge, a beautiful golf and country club in the mountside of the lake. It was secluded and quiet on a gorgeous day. There were roses and lavender everywhere. The soft purples and navy blue made a cool summer palette that was refreshing! Check out the most stunning welcoming table that displayed name plates and favors of chocolate truffles and lavender essential oil for their guests. You’ll notice, too, that the children were not forgotten! Lots of games and entertainment were planned for them. These two were so wonderful and kind to us–their whole family was–which just makes me love my job, and it’s a joy to give people images with which they can cherish and remember their wedding day forever.
Congratulations Kraig and Heather! xoxo, Katie and Greg

Rachel’s most darling son, Liam! Do you remember him from here and here?

I love these next two! Pure emotion shining through.

Isn’t this table amazing?!

Kraig’s son played the opening song for the reception. His grandmother watches proudly.

And the dancing began!

Wow, thanks so much! Actually We’re the ones who felt we’d hit the jackpot–not only was it easy photographing such a pretty wedding, but Kraig & Heather and the whole family treated us like gold. What a blast!
Katie,
I feel like I’ve hit the jackpot!
1. My beautiful daughter Heather finally gets married to her long time fiance.
2. My beautiful daughter Rachel plans and directs the wedding with flawless precision.
3. The wedding is forever preserved on film by your amazing skill in photography.
Great job! The photos are all perfect!
It was wonderful to meet you and Greg……like it or not, y’all are family now.
The photos are great, as are you both.
Thank you for such a beautiful photographic story of my step daughter’s wedding. I was too sick to attend and was heartbroken – but having these photos changes everything. You truly made me feel like I was there, Katie. You have such a talent for showcasing every aspect of things in your pictures. Thank you again! These are beautiful, absolutely gorgeous photos!
These are lovely! Thye are going to love these photographs. The details they chose are fantastic, I especially love that they included children’s toys – so sweet!
My niece turned 2 this April! These photos were a little late, but all good things come with time, right? : ) These photos just crack me up. She has two older brothers that shape so much of her firey personality. She learned to “wink” at a Very early age and now when you tell her to “smile!” you also get her signature move! These were taken in and around the rose garden at Bush Park in Salem, OR.

The sibling photo with 2 of them winking is a laugh outloud one for sure…and Sierra’s personality shows thru with her head leaning on her arm for sure…cute of Tammy too!
Darling!!! Good job getting great smiles of Josiah too with eyes open. The picture of sierra with her little face in her hand, and the wink….perfect. Submit it in a photo contest!
I absolutely love the last one with all three of them!
I love the black and white. You might have to email me your pp secrets.
Very cute overall. I feel inspired to go get some of my little girl now!
So amazing! As always, you did a great job Katie.. I’m sure it helps to have such adorable kiddos to be working with!
Ok…love them!! Gotta get me some copies! Thanks Katie!
You can see for yourself: this couple is smokin’! What you’ll see when you meet them is that they’re also generous, clever, and delightful company to be around. We met up with Ryan and Jenny on Portland’s NW 21st street before settling at the Bybee-Howell property on Sauvie Island. Although their wedding is this fall, the July sun was perfect for showing off this couple’s summer love. Look forward to their September wedding portraits and the official kick-off to a life-long romance!

So good Katie! I love how your posing makes a plain grass field look good.
Katie!!! I love them!! My day literally stopped this am when I got your email lol Great job lady… you are amazing!
Morgan and James were married at Walter Dacon Winery on a beautiful summer day a little over 2 weeks ago. This was a special wedding for me because the bride is a dear friend of my sisters. Morgan has been such a good friend to her through good and bad, she is the definition of a true friend, and for that I love her. My sis and her husband flew out from Ohio for the wedding. So it was fun photographing a wedding that she was a bridesmaid in!
Morgan and James make the perfect match. They share the unique love of diving and certainly know how to have fun together. The wedding was intimate and beautiful. Tashana, with Tahana Klonius Designs, coordinated and designed many parts of the wedding. The colors were rich, warm, jewel tones and the tables at the reception were gorgeous! The succulent favors were such a great idea. I like gifts you can plant. That is what we did for our wedding favors…daisy seeds to all guests for them to plant. And then there were the kilts! Yes, the kilts. Love it. I hope you enjoy the photos.
Congratulations you two! Much Love, Katie
